Ningjin hengyu valve Co., Ltd is located in the development zone, ningjin county, dezhou city, shandong province. Our location possess convenient transportation, which is near to the 104 national highway, the express way of dezhou-shijiazhuang, dezhou-binzhou and Beijing -Shanghai, the railway of Beijing-Shanghai and the high speed railway of Beijing-Shanghai.
Aimed at offering best quality and service for our customer, the company make production and management strictly in accordance with ISO9001: 2000 quality system. We have achieved already ISO9001 and CE certificate, and will get also
DNV certificate very soon within this year.
Nowaday our product has been exported to Spain, America, Italy, Germany and Norway etc. Under the market diversification demand situation, our company will, as always, provide our customer the first-class quality, competitive price and good delivery cycle and perfect service.
We are specialized manufacturer of valve products. Annual production value is 15 Million US Dollars. The company covers 66, 700 square meters. Currently we have 150 employees, which include 10 engineers. Now we have one hundred set of advanced production and inspection facilities, like precision lathe, miller, drilling machine, pressure testing machine, tensile machine, metallographic analysis, nondestructive detector etc.
We have our own casting foudary covers two large casting furnace and more than three hundred moulds. This gives us the advantage to control the price and quality.
Hengyu valve mainly engaged in industrial valve, marine valve and valve spare parts R&D and manufacturing. Product covers butterfly valve, gate valve, air release valve, rubber expansion joint, y-strainer and stainless steel pipe fitting etc.
